Have you ever had a dream so big that you wanted to explore it? What goals can we help you achieve in order for you to reach your dream? Throughout our website, we will share with you the benefits of Co-Active Coaching and what it means to honour your values and identify your authentic self.

Co-Active Coaching (Life Coaching), addresses the client's whole life. It is a way of exploring your life from many perspectives and moving you forward toward your goal(s). We examine your dreams and values, ask powerful questions, and develop goals with specific action plans to achieve those goals.

A Life Coach is a person who helps others, by empowering them to make, meet and exceed their goals either in their professional or personal lives.

Coaching  can be done to achieve  corporate goals or to better their personal lives. For a life coach to be outstanding, they would need to be exceptionally good at communicating, and also have a deep sense of compassion and understanding. They also must be good at helping people stay focused and motivated.

What happens when you have a grown child, and everyone disagrees on how to handle a situation. Everyone thinks their way is the right way, but really what is the right answer? If you can all sit back, take a deep breath, and hold a space that is not judgmental. One thing I always tell parents, if you have open communication with your teen you are already ahead of the game. Teens want to be seen, and they want to be heard, it is up to you to provide the "space".

Families are busier now then ever.  If you work full time and have children, you know how busy life gets. Whether you are running your children to school, extracurricular event, birthday parties, doctors or dentists, you know it seems like a juggling act. Ask me how you can help balance your life, family and work. As a Certified Coach and a mother of 3, I can share tips on how to run a more balanced household.
